Dralves Edwards, DO, is a doctor of osteopathy, bringing more than 35 years of experience in urgent care medicine to the Marsalis Avenue Urgent Care Clinic.

Dr. Edwards earned his undergraduate degree from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas. He subsequently enrolled at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas earning his medical degree. Before entering private practice, Dr. Edwards completed an internship at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Throughout his career, Dr. Edwards has served in various positions, including medical director and primary care physician. He has owned and operated his practice providing family and sports medical care. His friendly demeanor and bedside manners along with his ability to solve even the most complex issues make him a favorite of patients and colleagues alike. He advocates for a patient-focused experience and is committed to providing quality care services for each patient encounter.

Outside of work, Dr. Edwards is active in the community. He also enjoys philanthropy, regularly contributing to community organizations, and he is working on his first book.
